We built our whole business structure around the environment. We have a thorough process where we work through all items that are no longer required by the property owner and segment them. We then either recycle them, donate them to charity shops, donate them to third world countries or pass them on to be upcycled – giving them a new lease of life.

We stop over 552 tonnes of waste from going to landfill every year.

We’re an honest, family-run team too. So, if we come across any items you’ve left for clearance which we feel may be of value, such as jewellery, we will always return them to you.

Long-distance clearances

If you aren’t local & you need a clearance in Gloucestershire, that’s fine by us! We’ve completed many long-distance clearances with clients who live abroad or in other areas of the UK. We simply liaise with the Estate Agent/family members/neighbours to get keys/anything we need. We’ll also send you pictures of the completed property, so you can see it for yourselves.

Item delivery

If you have personal items that you’d like to keep and you need them delivering to your location, we can help. We’ve previously delivered belongings/furniture etc. all around the country; including down to Cornwall and up to Scotland. Plus, we only charge fuel for this service. This means that you don’t have to organise time off work or book a moving van. We’ll help in any way that we possibly can.

When clearing properties, to avoid landfill, we salvage a huge proportion of leftover items. A proportion of these items are recycled/upcycled, but we also donate the other portion. We have great relationships with charities in the local area. We work closely with The Furniture Recycle Project, The Pied Piper Appeal and many others.
