Absolutely. We offer nationwide delivery for any items you need transferring to another property. We’ll always carefully package belongings, treat them with respect and deliver them safely to your home. We can even arrange overseas delivery throughout Europe.

As we’re sure you’ll appreciate, no 2 properties are the same. As much as we would love to supply a generic answer to this question, because we tailor every single clearance towards the specific client, we can’t. Prices vary depending on the size of the property, what needs clearing and how long the clearance will take.

One thing we can guarantee is that our prices are very competitive. Sometimes we don’t charge if we feel the sale of items left for clearance will cover our costs. Every clearance also includes clearing and removing leftover items and returning to clean the property.

Yes, we can. Our shed clearance services include the removal and recycling of your shed. We can also do the same with greenhouses. Plus, we’ll always make sure to leave your garden clear and tidy afterwards.

We certainly can. We can liaise with family/friends/neighbours/estate agents/solicitors to collect keys from a location that suits you/them. Or you can also post keys to us if that’s easier for you. We will keep you updated through the process of the clearance and even send you pictures when we’ve finished.

We do indeed. We support lots of local and national charities. Any items which are cleared from your property that are still in good condition get donated to local charities. We can even personalise the donation to a specific charity if you’d like. We also donate goods to less privileged countries in Africa.

Yes! We are more than happy to undertake partial house clearances. We can do as little or as much you like; our quote will reflect this.

Even if you’d just like to separate the items you’d like to keep, all we ask is that you pop them in a corner with a sheet over them and we can deliver them to you later.

We are fully insured. Although we work with exceptional care and diligence, accidents happen. We have full public liability insurance to cover both you and us in the event of accidents.

Of course. We’ll keep you fully informed with each step of the clearance. We can take before and after pictures and them email you the images for your reference.

Our company ethos is all about helping the environment. For this reason, we do our best to completely avoid taking items to landfill. We use alternative methods of clearance such as:

  • Recycling
  • Donation to local charities
  • Donation to world-wide charities
  • Donation to charitable up-cyclers

All items that are no longer needed will be removed in the most environmentally friendly way possible.

"David and his team (Scott and Pete) moved us from a 4 bed house to a 2 bed flat with great professionalism and good humour. The clearing, packing and moving went according to plan despite us having so many heavy boxes of books. Thank you for all your hard work."
