Types of services that house clearance companies provide – Part 1

We’re lucky enough to be able to provide Clear and Clean House Clearance’s services all across Gloucestershire and surrounding areas. We have many years’ experience of doing so.

We have a huge array of projects that we undertake. They range from full house clearances to working directly with estate agents to help their clients with whatever they need. Whatever your circumstance, we prove time and time again that we’re a house clearance service who can be trusted.

We get a lot of enquiries about how we can help with full/partial house clearances etc. So, we thought we’d outline a list of the most popular projects we undertake, so you can get a feel for what we do. Here’s part 1:

Full house clearance

No matter what the reason, we’re no strangers to providing a full house clearance service for all types of properties. A full house clearance is a huge task which many people don’t have the time, energy or physical ability to do by themselves.

We provide a professional, streamlined service, where we do the whole house clearance with the client having to do barely anything.

We also dispose of everything appropriately (via donation, upcycling & recycling), avoiding landfill at all costs. We’ll then return to clean the property so it’s fit for business as soon as possible.

Partial house clearance

Sometimes, you may require only a few areas of a property clearing. And that’s absolutely fine. All the same points above still stand.

Hoarding (declutter)

Not only are we a extremely professional and reliable service, but we’re also very compassionate, empathetic and have a huge amount of experience dealing with sensitive projects, such as helping hoarders declutter.

We know that hoarding is a recognised illness and we do everything we possibly can to help make the decluttering process as stress-free and easy as possible. Providing support along the way.

Death of a loved one

We undertake a lot of house clearances where a family member has passed away and a relative is left with having to not only sell, but also clear their property. A lot of the time, this clearance may need to be done in a rush, as the relative needs to sell for financial reasons. We’re used to working in these conditions and will always provide a quote where we can get things done effectively as quick as possible.

Most of the time, it’s a very emotional experience for the person selling the property where they may not have the strength to go through their relative’s belongings. We have experience providing support and doing this for them. Also, as we salvage as much as we can, you’ll have extra comfort knowing that a lot of your loved one’s belongings are living on, not just going to the rubbish tip.

If you’ve resonated with any of the above and would like a chat and a free, no obligation quote, get in touch on 07909 846679 or 01452 290086. We’re a friendly, family-run business and take a lot of pride in our work. If we’re available, we’d be more than happy to help.

Look out for part 2 of this series, where we tell you about the other types of services we provide.
